looking for an open source ecommerce platform that supports customer support email

I'm looking for an open source ecommerce platform that supports a customer support centre, user forums and a content management system. Ideally this would all be in one package but if there are easy integrations they might be a possiblity.

I'm currently hosting a site in siteground and using Moodle to provide the forums and customer support centre (email). It provides basic functionality with sections that are open to anyone and other sections that are closed only to registered people and customers.

The shopping cart is provided by the free version of PayPal.

PrestaShop can do all of this, either built-in to the core software or through official modules. I would give them a try.

    Cheers,
    Matthew

Zeuscart seems to be a good option. I didn't know of it before. Thanks for pointing it out.
