    Yes boldsilver traffic websites is not allowed in adsense if you use that for your adsense site, you will be banned. So better do SEO to drive traffic to your site.

    Try setting up your website profile on social networking sites. Most traffic can be driven to your portal through those social networking sites. Also, create interesting and helpful contents for your portal - letting your readers get attracted to it and really read your posts.

    "Buying traffic" is one of the biggest scams I've ever heard of. lifeplayer suggested right that there is no easy way to market website.

    This does NOT mean that you shouldn't spend money on marketing. My suggestion is that if you have a marketing budget, you advertise on related websites as your own. You might also look into SEO, there's quite a bit to learn, but a big portion is getting backlinks. You can purchase backlinks for your website from this forum from independent people in the Buy, Sell, Trade section of the forums.
