    2. Insurance: Car and auto insurance, Health and Medical Insurance
    3. Computers & Internet: Computer Hardware, Computer Repairs, PC and Internet Security, Dedicated Hosting, ISP and Networking, Online Degree, SEO software and tools, Web Development, Stock Broking
    4. Banking and Finance: Loans and Mortgage, Credit and Finance, Debt consolidation
    5. Legal representation: Searches for attorney increased the bidding rate for this niche
    6. Digital Photography: digital photography schools, certificate, digital photography education, Careers in photography
    7. Psychotherapy: We can include this category in health, but i think it is best to treat this as a different niche as it gives more adsense revenue as a separate site.
    8. Real Estate: A damn good niche for getting good adsense income. Google pays nice price for clicks on these Real Estate related ads.
    9. Consumer Electronics: Gadgets, Mobiles and many other Electronic devices
    10. Antiques and Collectibles: Another good niche to choose for getting high adsense income.
    11. Dating: There are Lots of lonely hearts out there and the online dating sites are willing to pay more money to find them.

    you can check from google keyword tool/adwords tool but normally insurance and school/institution are the best.

    I think that even though these are high paying niches with high competition, you can still use them as a base for your Adsense campaign. You just need to go deeper into them and find a profitable micro-niche. Good luck

    these topics are really high paying for adsense. right now i am working on "mesothelioma" i really got nice earning from it. it's one of the high paying keyword .

    So far, I tried many topics. For me Education, Entrance Exams and Recruitment topics worked great for Adsense. Of course others that you mentioned above works well too.

    This is a pretty good list of really high paying topics for Adsense. I wanted to quickly address the competition issue... it's true that these topics will generally have more competition, but that's what keyword research is for! If you dig in there and get a little creative, I can tell you from experience that there's quite a bit of money to be made without having to worry much about competition! :cool:

    Thanks for the tips but I rather have a website with high traffic than website high paying keywords because at the end of the day, it's the traffic that will lead to money.

    they don't actually pay so huge dude :)
    and also the insurance, banking articles are not accepted in most of the article directories. so be careful before selecting :p

    Yes they pay a lot, but there is also lots of competition in those niches. I have personally done quite well with home improvement related topics.
