Hi, dear all friends, please let me know Is it good that if i submit 500 Directory Submission, 100 social book marking for fresh web site, is it good or it is to high..... for per month, need guide line for the same......

 

HI Krunal,It is good to submit your site into directories but don't run to submit your site to every directory or Social Bookmarking sites. First find some GOOD directories and Social Bookmarking sites and than submit per month 100 submission. If you are submitting 500 Directories per month than It does not make any sense. it will be approved after 2-3 months. So, it is better to submit it accordingly and wait for the approval. Social Bookmarking is good for social connection. It will help you to get rank in Google and other search engine....

 

500 hundred backlinks for a hole month are few in my opinion.

On the contrary, in my opinion, 500 links a month are too much and if google sees a sharp rise in backlinks, then it will not be happy and might even get suspicious that you are using bots etc. I would suggest 100 links per month, different links, maybe 40 from article sites, 20 from social book marking sites, 20 business directory submissions, and another 20 from other means.

 

Not all directories will accept your submission at the same time if they are free directories, so the 500 link requests could take 2 to 3 months to get approved. In which case I would say it wouldn't be too high.

 

What should be cap on maximum backlinks for any site which is one year old...

 

Hey Krunal...It would be better if you are using Niche directories rather than the normal directory submissions. Google is giving the preference to Niche submissions. High PR social Bookmaring website can give you the better result and make sure that website doesn't have same IP address.

Yes you are right, since free directories will not accept submissions immediately, you can go ahead and submit 500 link requests. Paid submissions would be different, because they would go live immediately and google would see an untaurally sharp rise in inbound links.

 

For a new site I usually don't do any directory submission (or any other backlinks) on the first 2 weeks, then I gradually increase it week after week. So maybe 500 will be too much in a month if your site is new

 

My opinion is to build them slow at first...really slow. Velocity in the long run is what is important, so choose a level that is sustainable.

 

If you build too many too fast you will get yourself flagged by Google. Backlinks are good but too many is suspicious

 

If you really want to build quality links gradually you must write articles and submit them to article marketing websites like ezine articles. There are hundreds of them, and some have high PR. Ezine articles has a PR 6!
