Yes I would and actually have before. It's the way buying/selling websites works. If you've only made $100 in sales (which you havent) a month your site would easily sell for your asking price; however, because you have 0 traffic and 0 sales its significantly less valuable. Ask yourself if you would invest $400 into a website that has 0 results and a plethora of other marketers selling the same guide.

Yes I can get a site approved by ClickBank, it isn't that difficult. Sure it's a value, a value of the $50 you spent to put it up on ClickBank. The fact that multiple other marketers have the exact same site only makes the value of it decline.

I hope you can realize that I'm not trying to bash you, rather help you realize thats why this site didn't sell for your asking price.

First, do you know that this site has exit splash script? Do you know how much is the script? Find the answer to this question first.
Second, Yes, it's mrr product. But I only bought the product and the sales page. The squeeze page and affiliate page were designed and added content by myself. Do you think the design doesn't cost money? Can you ask someone to make a squeeze page and affiliate page for you for free?

Finally, is it true that the only value of the website is traffic and revenue? The design and the functions of the site are worth nothing? If there were a new site, with no traffic, no revenue, but has the exact same functions as facebook. It's 99% the same as facebook. The site were made by several top web designers and programmers. Can you say that this site is only worth $50?
