.co.uk Site Showing Up More In Results?

    Have you noticed more .co.uk showing up in Google.com results? I just noticed today 2 of them on the first page of some major SEO keywords.

    only time people will register co.uk domain is for targeting google uk. regional domains are for regional visitors but in some cases where people dont find their desired domain in .com, they might end up registering under different extension.

    I'm not asking about people registering .co.uk domains. That had nothing to do with my question. Read it again before writing an answer that doesn't make sense. I'm asking if you're seeing more of those domains ranking, not why people buy them.
