Hi Guys Anyone here using matomymedia or formerly xtendmedia? i used them great in the past and never had much problems.. but was wondering if any of you guys already got paid for Nov. 2011 payments? I sent invoice ontime and its 6th of january and i still havent been recieved payment from my paypal which i always do get on time before the New Years vacation. Anyways I sent support still no response so i want to ask people who uses them here to confirm me if they sent already thanks..
Im still not getting any response and support until now and its past my due dates.. can anyone shed some light into this?
At the moment i'm using PayPal as a method of payment. I still not have recieved it. @joecool6101, how did you set up a wire transfer with them ? I thought they only allowed PayPal as a way of payment, (unless i could be wrong...)
Yes i do use paypal with them too.. so this means that its only paypal payment was delayed then.. maybe on monday we can get things solved as they seem not to work on weekends..
Btw did you send invoice to them? how long you been with xtendmedia? i did send invoice ontime but still dont have it.
Yeah i did send the invoice, as usual every month. However, I am still curious to how others above me got their payments via WireTransfer. When i signed up to them, paypal was the only choice of payment at that time. Unless WireTransfer is only for US residents ?
as far as i know they do send invoice template for wire transfer infos last month. But i always prefer paypal as its what i use for server payments and stuff.
Something is definitely not right here. Even if a payment was being delayed, they would have at least emailed me or put up a message on the publisher dashboard.
i was thinking the same thing. i felt it really something wrong since 4th of january as i know they are always ontime. but the invoice was sent dec. 16 and i think if they do wish to have it on wire they should atleast notice us right away to correct the issue if there is any. pretty bothers me to wait for another 2 days before they get back to office. How come you got the payment for nov in dec? they are net 35 isnt it?
I didn't send in the invoice, my account manager did.. I've been with them for over a year. Also, they only pay via Paypal until you reach $1000 i think I've arranged special NET terms with them .. send over 500,000 impressions daily and I'm sure you could do the same.
