I think you should have your lawyer get in Googles butt for not encrypting our publisher IDs!!!!!!!!

This is completely inexcusable for a billion dollar corporation to not do one little thing that would save all three parties undo loss and aggravation!!

    Google sucks yet again

Well actually a good written article letting advertisers know that Google will not protect publishers IDs with encryption which is causing Advertisers loss .... then put up on Digg.... followed by a major press release through PR-Web might get Google to wake up.

Myspace is now so full of porn they cannot protect themselves.... much less anyone else... their servers are crap!!!!!!!!! and they are slowly slipping away from any control they may have had...

The smaller niche social communities are eating away at their once formidable market share....

    Good luck !

I am still waiting for myspace. Well i think i have caught the person who might have done that. He is a member of this forum. Just made a stupid mistake in this thread(He didnt post, Its something else ;)) Well i am trying to get IPs collected now and as soon as i find something out i will let you guys know about it.

If i am sure its the same person then he is going to be in trouble for sure. Now calling my attorney for possible legal action against that person

This does seem like an act of, "I'm gonna stick it to him good!" type of action.

just block all referals from myspace. you can either deny them access entirely or just not display adsense to people coming from myspace.

You can theoretically set up your site to refuse anyone coming in from MySpace as a referral. Not easy, but possible.

Well according to my attorney they have to remove that content and his statements are supported by some of the members here too.

I was emailing them but my lawyer is taking care of the matter now and he have to do all that in paperwork so emailing isnt going to work. I dont know what he is planning to do since its 8:00 pm here and its not in working hours so i will know that tommorow :)

Just checking but aren't those name servers?
Wouldn't you find the ip adress of myspace.com via a ping:
    I get 216.178.32.50 when I do.
Isn't that the address to filter referrals on?

Maybe i dont know whats illegal about it though to be honest but i agree they should still remove it, but on the other hand if they removed everything they was asked to remove they would need a whole new staff just to deal with the requests.
You should try calling the number in there whois info, god knows how many emails they get a day its unlikely theyve even seen yours.
