    Well today I signed up for adsense on behalf of a friend, IT was approved in under 4 hours, I couldn't believe it!

    Time to start earning! haha.

    Impossible. I guess your account just approved partially which mean your accoun is in hold condition. You should put adsense code in your site and wait up to 4 business days to fully approved.

    I got mine approved faster than most as well however nowhere near 4hrs. Apparently my app got "lost" somehow and I made a thread on their help forum however no one responded. When i reposted on the help forum a mod came and just said "sorry for the inconvenience your account is approved and you can use adsense now"

    How did you get yours approved in such short time?

    I reported him too. He was just banned last week on a different account name with the exact same thread but the last one said he did it in 3 hours... He will be banned AGAIN shortly...

    I applied got my friend to do adsense account but its weird, he gave me the email he use to sign up for the account then I change username and password but he manage to change it again.

    He said he use a trick, anyone knows?

    Also, How is this a scam, Please enlighten me on how writing that it was approved in under 4 hours is in any way a scam?.

    And yes you are right, I should have clarified that, I was referring to Partial approval, however That was still the quickest Ive ever had it happen, I tried to sign up to adwords a few years back and they didnt reply to me for months, told me my application was lost, Ran me around for a while, so i was happy about the quick turn around, That is all.

    Yes partial approval is the first step, after that it will take few days to approve your site fully and setup the ads. I too got the partial but was rejected due to certain issues.

    It is not a surprise if your account approved PARTIALLY within 4 hours. :p Even me got the partial approval email within 4 hours.
