    Looking at selling my site,.

    Traffic: all organic, and fb shares
    Site Age: Just over a year - PR 4
    Monthly Visitors: 35000 - 65000 unique
    Monthly Revenue: Adsense, $150 a month and increasing ( all i did is slap ads on it nothing special or optimized)
    niche: sports
    Demographic: 50% US (its in the top 20k sites in canada)
    I have a worker who does all the posting, hes paid off till march 1st cheap and you get his info, so basically this is all passive income, you just have to site back.

    also, FB page 1,666 likes, youtube page 156 subscribers, 729,000 video views , twitter 116 followers


    Not sure if theres anything else to add. I am not looking to get rich selling the site. but am a serious seller and will only speak will serious people. I.E. domain not listed. but will show to the right person
