Personalized Cartoons

Anyone have any idea about a software which can help me in customizing a cartoon's face say with a baby face automatically. I did post this earlier but maybe in a wrong section, so got no reply. But here maybe all you expert graphic designers can help me out.

the website looks very much fine and these type pf concepts must be sober enough for the viewer to enjoy with families because adding some extra features will cause some level of nervousness among the candidates to express. The logo of elephant is not so happening with the kids. Try more creative ideas like teddy bear, animated characters which are generally liked and appreciated by children viewers and others. The rest is good. Best of luck
