Buying Someone good with photoshop for difficult job

    Last time I posted this job I was flooded with requests from people who ultimately were not able to perform the job so this time I wanted to give more detail and post the picture right here. I have a picture that is very small. It has text on it but because it is so small the text is unreadable. If you simply try to enlarge the picture, the text becomes blurry and then you can't read it. I need someone with photo editing skills to "decipher" what it says to me somehow. The picture is below. I will pay the first who person who can tell me what it says (in PM please) $5 via paypal.

    I'm sorry but that's impossible to do. The size of the text is like 5 pixels which is extremely low to decipher.

    Pixel is really hard to deciphter. You must ask CSI team on television to help you. :)
