Looking for professional Wordpress coder and designer, ONLY EXPERTS!

I'm looking for Wordpress coder and designer who can fully design me theme from scratch. I must own copyright, and it should be W3 validated, and it must be very modern and professionally looking theme so i can sale it later.
I will tell you all requirements after i see some of your work, and after i see some samples that you will do for me such as: Graphic design, PSD of theme...etc
My price is from 100-150$, and maybe even more if you prove yourself and only in long term relationship, because i need reliable worker or team of workers who can do this job for me month after month, and the payout will rise as we build relationship together.
I will pay by completion of theme, no upfront payment! If i like your work i will hire you and pay you per hour. Look at this as a test for accepting into big journey, and great way to earn money.
Please only serious people here, no pirate themes, false statements, because i need this theme for resale, so it must be 100% UNIQUE with my COPYRIGHT!

I'd be interested if your budget was higher but $150 is not enough for what you require. All of my templates are w3c valid, Web Standards compliant, and WordPress standards compliant. Most (if not all) use some form of jquery/javascript, html5, and custom php code. They are also Internationalized (meaning they're ready for translation to any language.) And last but not least, I ALWAYS GUARANTEE my clients 100% satisfaction.. Always.

If you can raise your price per template up to around 200-250 get ahold of me and i'll gladly take care of this and any other projects you require within a timely professional manor.

The budget is just too low and you have too much to ask for it. If you want quality you need to spend some more. Moreover you need to change this upfront payment and should be paying some money in advance. This is how a good business deal goes by.

 

Go and get a theme from ThemeForest. It costs less than $40 and you'll have the PSD. ThemeForest like themes cost no less than $10,000 to develop.

 

@omarabid: I agree, a quality premium theme will cost much more... there should be much more budget available.
