    UPDATE: The lowest price I will accept is $3,200. I'm making this public because because I need to sell this site quickly.

    My website, DownloadCarManuals.com is for sale. The site presently generates between $300 and $400 of revenue month after month, between Adsense and Vibrant in-text ads. It requires a little weekly maintenance, and has grown considerably since the Panda updates. It ranks very well in Google. The manuals are not hosted on the server, so the bandwidth/space required is not huge.

    It's presently hosted on a cheap shared service, and I have no problems. Capture.JPG

    I've done this site by the book. I can provide detailed Analytics statistics and verification of income.

    I'd prefer to close the transaction using Escrow.com for safety.

    I'm looking at between 10 and 15 times NET monthly profit. In a nutshell, I'm starting off at $5,000 and we'll go from there.

    It's manual. I've added most that are available in digital format. Annually you'll want to add new model years to stay fresh.
