Ok guys, before I start with the feedback I risk upsetting some of you with my explanation. One thing I feel is missing from the logos is the "brandable" aspect. There is plenty of good logos in this contest (some that came via pm) but I also feel they could use a bit more of a "brandable" touch. So to better explain I am attaching the image below. The S in the logo is very brandable in my opinion. Just the letter alone placed anywhere would be very recognizable. Same as with the Obama logo. Even on the t-shirt and even in black and white you can recognize it right away. So i am hoping to be able to take a letter away from the logo and if i place that anywhere people should be able to recognize it right away. the S logo below was another winning logo I choose from a contest I run here at DP nearly 4 years ago. Ok, enough of my explanation because you guys get the idea and even if not I will choose the closest logo to what i am after.





pehulz: nice and clean and also the p looks brandable. I feel like it's still missing a little something, perhaps a line or something somewhere but perhaps not as bold as I lwould like

misterbadz: I like the fonts, the logos look good but still missing the tagline. Unfortunately although the logos meet many of the requirements we just happen to like other logos better

logoesdesign: it's nice and pleasant but not what I am after. it needs something to make it more unique and I also prefer a bolder/wider font

kainraziall: I like them all and really like the font and positioning in all of them. Unfortunately I don't like the background oval. I prefer a logo that looks good on its own without a background shape (although one of the letters for example can have some type of background to make it more unique but not the entire logo).

divineworld: thank you but it's different from what I am after. I need something bold

jokomamamita: thank you again. Another very pleasant and stylish logo. I don't want to give you false hope but it's my favorite so far although it's not what i am fully after. I need a logo that can stand out on its own without a background. I really like the font but I prefer it without the emboss effect. Also not so sure about the three lines. They look good don;'t get me wrong but I would like something else to make it more unique. The guys in the office like it as well but exactly as it is right now it is unsuitable.

puttu: thanks but it's not what I am after. The effect in the P is really nice and looks good but I can't make out the fact this is actually a P. Other than the effect in the P there is nothing I like in the logo.

sour002: thanks for the entry but it's not what i am after. it's too busy and doesn't have the wide/bold font I am after.

swancreatives: thanks for the entry but like they say in romanian: din nefericire este total gresit. It's missing the actual word A_uthority which is meant to be part of the logo. But even so, it doesn't have the wide/bold font that i am after.


guideline: the top one is the one I like the best. The bottom two are too busy for my liking. The top one looks ok but it doesn't have any "special features" to make me like it more that other logos.

shiouli: thank you but not what I am after. The fonts you used are too modern for me and they also make the words a little too hard to read. I need something with a bolder/wider font

bitwer: thanks for following through with the promise of entering this contest. I was really looking forward to your entry. But now I am sorry to dissapoint you because it's not what i am after. It looks a bit cartoonish and it needs to be somehow a little more unique. if it's any consolation one of the guys in the office really likes it but he too thinks the font is a touch cartoonish.

kainraziall: they all look good, every single one of them: simple, stylish, bold and brandable. For now it's just a waiting game to see what the other guys do and then I can choose a logo

logoesdesign: thank you again but I am not feeling it. I happen to like other fonts better and also I am not sure about the symbol you added. Doesn't seem to go well with the protein logo and seems to symbolize more some type of transmission device

pehulz: thank you again. They are both great logos, simple and stylish. The only "problem" is I happen to like other fonts that other designers have used and those are fonts which come in lower case.

vinpkl: thank you but the P doesn't do it for me at all. The font you chose is very nice but the P is not my thing. Also the logo was meant to be red and white including the tagline/slogan for which you used gray.

jokomamamita: thanks again. very nice effect you added to the O. Very simple, very stylish and brandable. But I am sorry to say I cannot evaluate your logo because it needs to be displayed on its own on a white or red background and not on a shape like it is now (oval shape). Further more I would need the tagline added to it. Also thanks for removing the emboss effect from the font, it looks good.

 

change the font to lowercase..
