    In my 3 years experience i have tried tons of black hat SEO techniques. if you follow black hat SEO techniques, you can get good output but for a very short time. A constant tension will always remain in your head. you have to be alert all the time sooner or later your site will be banned.
    After a huge loss i started White hat SEO. and without any doubt my profit is low but steady. i don't have any kind of tension that tomorrow my site is gonna banned :)
    so i suggest White Hat SEO only. descent, steady income is much better than short term high income.

    White hat SEo is the best part of SEO. It has many benefits:1) It costs less money. 2) Free from the Spam platform. 3) Seo tactics can be shared easily among the visitors. 4) It is not risky and id adds new algorithm and competitors.5) Moreover results remain for a long time.
    Avoid using Black hat seo is not safe and it contains spam due to this it can be banned anytime by Google.

    I agree with your statement. Black Hat seo is unethical way and its for a shorter time. Always use a White Hat seo, its results stay for a long lasting.

    To stay longer in the Google listing you have to follow the White Hat SEO as you mentioned here. But it is also true that some time due to some pressure or you can say for some need we need to do some sort of Black Hat things for a shorter time of period without harming the site's purpose. I think you have to be tricky in order to apply this thing.
