I think Indian users are not getting what they're looking for. Are you targeting the right keywords for your Blog in India? Are you getting traffic from same keywords? For India and other countries ?

    Hi.
Bounce rate should be low. If your site bounce rate is high it means that people are not getting something interesting from your blog may be due to the lack of backlinks or may be your keywords are not relevant to your site.

Find the visitors intent and need for solution behind the keywords leading the visitors to your website. Solve their problems and add value in the copy (text), but also visually.

I'm agreed with SEOPunk, Bounce rate should be low. Try to low your bounce rate, use right keywords for your content. Don't misguide visitors.

Well, could be anything, your blog's copy, the price of your services (I don't even know if that's mentioned on your blog) or may be they just read faster ;)?
Try testing different copies, design, call to action, etc. and see if the bounce rates go down.
