My websites are hosted in blue host and some malware has infected the .htaccess files if each website hosted there withing a primary website. This is causing the websites to redirect some unknown website whenever some1 search it in Google. Please help me out. How can I get rid of the problem?

Clean up the .htaccess file. ie. remove the redirect line that is causing your site to redirect to the malicious site.

Than you need to download your site check with a malware program. When i use hosgator i ask them to run a check for me and they always do. Maybe open a support ticket with bluehost?

That's weird. Restore an older backup of your site and see if that helps. Then look to make your site more secure to prevent future hack attempts.
