hello, all I used digg to create backlink for my site.I just submit the link of my various article of my site.After that i checked my backlink but didn't get any backlink from digg. why? where is the problem? please make it clear. thanks in advance.
As far as I concern with social bookmarking, It is used to crawl your site fast. I have never seen social bookmarking link as back links. I have added my site in Digg too. But it is not shows as back links.
if your bookmarking page is not indexed by search engine then it won't be counted as a backlinks.......
Try to find out do follow social bookmarking sites, might be your will get backlinks from there, or create backlinks from free do follow article submission sites.
Your Post is impressive and i am agree with and it is clear that It is not used for Back Link but it help to Chrowling to your website on Google

Well, I checked digg with my plug in and its dofollow (I never bothered to check it)... I don't know if I am missing something here. As far as backlinking credit is concerned... This is probably a bug in your tool. Wait for some days your backlinks will start reflecting your webmaster account.
Make sure that your bookmark page is indexed in the first place... no indexing, no backlink. I do use social bookmarks for both quick discovery of sites and backlinking, but a lot of people don't realize that having a socializing profile/bookmarking page does not automatically mean that it is indexed...
