I wonder if the following 2 websites are hosted on the same C class IP? - if the nameservers of the first website are e.g. ns1.webhost.com and ns2.webhost.com and the nameservers of the second website are ns5.webhost.com and ns6.webhost.com. They are hosted on the same web hosting provider, but not on the same nameservers. Does this mean that they are hosted on different C class IPs?
Here is an easy method to check for C class IP.. 1. go to http://domaintoip.com 2. Type your first domain and press submit button 3. Note down on which ip the site is hosted. 4. Repeat the above steps for 2nd domain also and note its ip Now, if the 3rd number in 2 ip's is different, then we can say that they are hosted on 2 different c class ip's. For example, first ip is 101.20.30.40 and second ip is 101.20.50.40 then they are from different c classes. Here is an easy guide.. if the first number in ip's is different = A class ip's if the second number in ip's is different = B class ip's if the third number in ip's is different = C class ip's if the last number in ip's is different = D class ip's Hope its easy to understand..
You need to do reverse IP search. If your sites are hosted on different C class Ips then yes, otherwise no. BTW, C class IPs means if third number of IP address (in IPv4) are different. e.g.: 99.99.99.30 and second ip is 99.99.98.xxx.
You ca enter directory same domain like IP, your enter is one count so check the IP then enter, hopefully useful for you.
