    I was buy one site wich looks frendly (i hope) but i don't know wich keywords are the best for my site to be indexed good by google.Anyone can help me.

    wait for the results. Then you see the last monts seraches for this keyword. Its not very accurate as overture uses yahoo and wordtracker is limited version. but still you can find out a lot!

    It's best to use a broad keyword like that so you grab all the smaller searches.

    I guess searching for exact keywords makes more sense and gives a more realistic view of an approx amount of visitors you may receive. I have hardly seen the amount of visits which the broad search provides. But yeah, I am not "the" expert here.

    Try semrush - it takes data from google, which is accurate, and it provides much more related keywords than google.

    or you can use keyword country software also.

    If you tell even the niche, I can suggest you some high volume keywords.

    you should be select the keyword which best describe your content and site, select the keyword on which have less competition bot more search-able..
