    I know its your decision what the prize for the contest is, but, you should know that you get what you pay for, 25$ can get you a design, sure ! but, it will never be as good as a design that costed you 75$-100$. A designer wont put so much effort into it and rush it.

    Regarding themeforest, yeah it is a great place, but the templates are cheap, because they are not unique to your website, they are sold hundreds of times, thus allowing the designer to get a good income out of it, i assure you you wont get a design with the quality of themeforest unique to your site for 25$.

    Dont take my comment bad, its not my intention.
