    A lot of people ask for alternatives to adsense etc so I googled for a small list of different sites and found a thread on wickedfire.com listing these:

    Yeah CJ dont mind international, CPA networks on the other hand differ. Most CPA networks use US and Canada offers, some sprinkle in a few UK offers.
