    Problem is more serious, fs58 also crashed!!!!!
    Fs14 and fs21 has crashed two weeks, up to now no fixed!
    Today fs58 can not be downloaded too!!!
    The files in I uploaded in past month, more than half can not download!!!!!!

    I suspect your 10 new servers really exists!
    The servers fs21 and fs14 still can not download!
    Today I found fs58 also crashed!!
    This is the consequence of your new server?

    can't RU from filesonic since the change of link from download link from numbers to alphabets, ie: filesonic.com/file/45234151 to filesonic.com/file/dmbgyvP. No problem to RU with old naming system

    any idea why i'm unable to access files thru Firefox?

    keep getting the 'Your download has expired. Please try to download the file again' message over top of the file page

    ...persistence then redirects to 'File server not available'

    adblocking is disabled & i have the ability to d/l thru Internet Explorer but that just sucks :mad:

    We've enabled FTP for ALL users, even free users can upload via FTP without any delays or limits. Give it a try! We've also added few new FTP servers in EU region - and more servers will be added in Jan.

    142 files were deleted in my account: reason EXPIRED. but if I am a premium member , files shouldn't expire...so what's the reason?

    About problem with remote upload: at filesonic problem is same. It's impossible to upload from uploading and some other fs. I have a question. How many downloads of premium user are counted per day. It seems to be more than 1 as other fs count.
