    well.. A facebook account with 5000 friends and 1000 pending friend request and 10.000 subscribers. All real and active users.
    (its an account and not a page).
    How much it deserve if wanted to sell it.?

    Whatever someone is willing to buy it. Actually they will only rent it because it belongs to Facebook, they can close it, they can take it over, it's their possession.

    Yes it could be used in advertising way, so if someone wants to buy it, you could sell it. there is no fixed price at all. How much you can get from this loser will be your gain :)

    It doesn't work that easy, I have pages with a combined 50k fans, profiles with 10k friends also... it's not like you post and everyone sees your spam - most people will start to block you or wont see your spam as it gets buried quickly. Facebook isn't effective like that anymore... I guess you know that - hence why you are selling the account ;)
