    But what can be the purpose of the buyer buying it for initiative! Its strange that you are selling it for $10. domains are $12 per yr as i know from my friends website...where did you got the domain?

    Well, in fact it isn't my domain... I am selling it for a friend, and also I misunderstood the expiration date. It will expire on 11 January 2012 and not November.
