Is Google read flash site or not ?

Well, Google can crawl flash files to some extent... there was some new in the air back in 2008.

but after that Google bothered to improve its flash crawling efficiency.

 

Defiantly Google read flash sites.

Now I know surely that Google reads flash files. I was surprised very much when Google search shows my mountain tea site's (www.mountaintea.am) snippet. The description in snippet is taken from flash swf file in the header of the page.

Information you see in this capture is available only in header flash. No word is taken from the page.

According to Google's algorithm may or may not remove content from flash, it varies with each case. It try to crawl easy flash and image content. But, its constantly enhanced to avoid the use of Flash content in a site. They make the site difficult for the search engines to crawl and extract the content.
