$80 isn't enough to code a wordpress template with js/jquery & an eCommerce system. & not to be a dick but seriously, 8 hours? Are you high? I've been designing custom wordpress templates and coding them from scratch for almost 5 years now, and never once have i ever had a client say that they needed the files in less than 24 hours, for under $100. People like you are putting people like me out of business. Raise your budget to something LOGICAL. (about twice what you offered.) and we'll talk. This isn't a dollar store, we're professionals building professional products for businesses. Treat it as such. If you want to spend $80, get rid of the ecommerce, get rid of the jquery, and give the designer a few days rather than a few hours. If you can't do that, you'll wind up receiving stolen code that some overseas worker stole from another template to be able to complete your project within the allowed time-frame. If you want it done legally, and correctly, raise your budget, remove some requirements, or give them more time to complete it. Wordpress Coding with Javascript/jQuery/Ecommerce system/and an 8 hour completion time = At LEAST $200. (and $200 is still almost too little to push off all other projects to be able to complete yours within 8 hours.)
