Please don't tell me do bookmarking and other stuff which are part of Off Page SEO , I know all the things , I just need plan where to start and which task perform and how many links should be build on daily basis. I need complete plan and need your help in this regard.

I suggest reading up on the topic. I've found some great examples in ebooks. Nobody can tell you exactly what to do for your site unless they evaluate it and that costs. If you're interested I could do it for you no problem. You'd come out cheaper educating yourself on it though.
