How long after getting online did you start spamming the net?

    Reading an interesting thread about which year you started using the internet made me wonder what the average time was.

    Also, that thread has a good video on BBS history. About 15 min long.


    So, how long after you got online did you start Spamming the Net?

    Thats quite impressive. I have been online since the mid 90's and never set up any sort of web presence until recently.

    I don't really get what context is the word "spamming," here. Lol.

    But if you mean, since "when" did I start using the internet, it's 2000.

    I don't think I've ever "spammed the net". I started commercial ventures on the internet in the late 90s. I guess there are some tech hippies that would consider that at "spamming".
    Assuming you're talking about the thread (which was deleted) on DP where I posted the BBS Documentary teaser clip, the entire 3 DVD movie is 5 and a half hours.
    I encourage EVERYONE who has an interest in the interwebs to watch it (you can watch it online). If you enjoy it, buy it.

    I started using Internet in the early 2000 and had no idea of spamming..I got to know about it like 6 months ago :O
    and I still do not spam to be very honest..Leaving a link here and there aint spamming considering what real spammers do LOL

    I have started using internet in the beginning of 2000 and started commercial or marketing my services @ late 2009 and never spammed except doing some services but that might be used by others for spamming ;)
