    I am selling a 3 month old pet treat site, http://www.petcookies.net

    This is a great domain for the pet treat site. It is an ebook site that sells homemade recipes for dog and cat treats. People love making cookies for their pets, especially healthy ones.

    The site is about 3 months old. Traffic is minimal, like 3-4 uniques/day
    September- 32 uniques
    October- 127 uniques
    November- 17 uniques

    The site is indexed in google, and ranks #4 for the search "pet cookies"

    There's no doubt if you can find a way to drive traffic to this site that it will make sales. I just have have the time to work on this one. It has a great domain, that is regged at registerfly for a free push and expires 8/30/2007.

    I can continue to host this site for you if you want to for small fee. No sales have been made to date. Adsense hasn't been tracked but I can bet it was under $5 since launch because of the minimal traffic. And yes, the ebooks come with the sale and come with resell rights.

    No revenue. No ebooks sold, no adsense revenue to count on.. maybe a few dollars in the 3 months.

    Yes you can give these ebooks away for free, just simply remove the paypal options and post the recipes online.

    There are 2 ebooks, one for dogs and one for cats. The dog ebook comes with 140 recipes, and the cat one has 103 recipes.

    The site doesn't use much bandwith or server space as of right now, I can host it for you for $5/mo unless it starts bringing in tons of traffic and using lots of bandwith because of the ebook downloads, then we would have to negotiate a higher cost.
