    I get 7000+ UVs in a month

    More than 20000 pageviews.

    But PageRPM is very very less (<1$)

    What can be done to improve it?

    Based on the ads bidding only you get payment. I think all your RPM ads are less bidded ads. try to get new ads and then see the result
