Look at the bottom of this post for clear example of my writing ability.....

Are you sick of paying cheap prices for boring and hard to read content?

Do you want content that is clear and easy to read, but still easy to find in the search engines?

Do you want this type of quality without having to pay a fortune for it?

Tips for Setting Up at a Job Fair

Job fairs have become a solid way to recruit outstanding talent in today’s competitive work force. With the economy floundering over the past few years, the number of applicants have quadrupled for most positions. This not only makes things harder on the applicants, but also on the interviewers. Granted, it does give the interviewers a larger pool of talent to choose from. Still, it is hard to wade through so many resumes and figure out who stands out for the right reasons.

This is why hiring fairs or job fairs are so successful. You can see lots of people in person and find those diamonds in the rough that might not be obvious by looking at some piece of paper.

Here are some ways to maximize your chances of success at a hiring fair:

Set up near the back of the hiring fair

This is important because you are likely going to get better quality foot traffic. When you set up at the entrance, many people are hesitant to jump on the first table they see. Setting up in the back allows for the candidates to have settled in. By the time they get to your booth, you will have focused and comfortable candidates.

Bring some kind of promotional item to get their attention

Set up a basketball hoop, bring some nice giveaways or a dunking booth. Anything that will help your booth stand out can be a good thing, and will help you to keep a steady flow of possible future employees. Hiring fairs are meant to be fun and relaxing, and this is a chance for you to make an impression. Also, make sure that your contact information, name and number are on all promotional items. This will ensure that they will know who to call when they decide to interview with you down the road.

Article continues from there..... You get the idea...
