    Background Info
    I bought this site from a member at DP several months ago. When I bought the site it was the same as www.lyricsdome.com. If you look at that site you'll see that it's not very good, both in terms of SEO and the general functionality of the site.


    Improvements I've made
    Since buying the site I have made the following improvements:

    * Submitted to 265 directories using the "submitNow" script
    * Fixed the "Quick Search" feature. I've now made it possible for the user to select where to find the query text - in the band name, song title or within the lyrics.
    * Added AdSense which are also blended.
    * Increased the number of lyrics shown on each page.
    * Optimized the site for SEs - This is a major improvement I've made to the site. If you compare the urls that the original site uses to the urls now, you'll see that the newer version is far better:

    Not very much. I haven't really bothered promoting the site so earnings are low due to low traffic. However if you work on building links to the site I'm sure this can be significantly improved as the site is SE optimized, and the ads blended.
