    What it got to with things happening in USA? :D
    Banks in India take care of Paypal withdrawals once it comes from citibank and there would be delay if there is some holiday in India.

    Yes,Holidays in USA always delay Paypal transfers in India. at all money has to come from Paypal Inc which is definalty NOT in India.
    Infact I have noticed in last 5 years that paypal transfer are effected by :

    1)Holiday in USA
    2)General Holiday in TN (Seems some last processing is done by paypal India as well)
    3)Bank Holiday in Mumbai (Seems like Paypal use CITI Bank Mumbai)
    4)RBI Holiday in New delhi - As No NEFT process
    5)Bank oliday in Your state where your bank Branch is Located - if your bank don't use central processing for incoing NEFTs tranfers

    finally got 22nd withdrawal today!! what a quick job done by paypal/banks.. i think there'll be day when it'll actually take 5-7 days as paypal says.

    SHITPAL is prolly not doing automatic withdrawals now..bcoz USD INR rate is at all time high... 53+ on interbank market lately
    They are prolly waiting for it to go sub-50 to enforce their shitty "SELF-MADE", "PLUNDERING" rules like auto-withdrawal.

    Its not quick at all... Quick means you did a withdrawal on Sunday night at 1:00 AM and you get it in your Bank on Monday Evening ! :) (Just 42 hours)
    It used to work like that but now it takes too much time.

    Finally after so many days, got a superfast withdrawal this time.
    Initiated in Paypal on 27th 11 am... and got it today at 12 pm... only 49 hours. :D

    But do take care... these shitpal morons may transfer some big money one day(if u r accumulating in your pp acc; dont see much purpose though) & this kinda make your bank, flag ur acc to IT dept, just in case that matters u ;)

    even though there is no autowithdrawal, i do manually withdraw almost each day, coz i need to circulate the money. and yes there's no point in accumulating as we cant use that balance.
