It have been hit by google panda.
Your website do not pass copyscape.com test, so obviously it do not pass google unique content filter either. But Panda update is more that that. There are many tutorial on how to recover from panda hit, just search it on SE.

If you want to hire other to do it for you, just let me know ;)

That's not nesseccarily the reason. All new sites have movement in the search results. Keep adding content and you will likely come back

You do not do your homework, do you? :)
Just search on SE using query "google panda" and you will find the answer.

anyway, it's not about "my idea" but "google's idea"

How old are your site? If its more than a year old then Google Panda effect might be the cause of if it is a new one then probably it is experiencing Sandbox effect.

Its because of the shady link building and over optimization of anchor text.
