    I think in-house option is better because all SEO jobs can be executed under your supervision.

    its seems to be easy and free job but remember working online in a SEO field is not too easy. before taking any decision you should join any SEO firm and work for a good amount of time to understand the dos and don'ts .

    In-house or out sourcing you SEO work dose not matter. What matters is how quality is your job is done. In-house or out sourcing is only based on your funds. No where related to the output.
