My thought: he was asking about on page seo, not an off page one. If you want to do on page seo, well you must put H1, H2, and H3 tag and include the keyword inside the tags. Keyword must be bold, italic, and underline. I usually get the keyword italic on the second pragraph and the underlined one at the last sentence on my articles. If you want this so bad, you can use easy wp seo plugin for wordpress, or clickbump seo, or seo pressor. They are all awesome product.
