These are great looking sites.

I have worked with Mihai on many sites, they are all well designed quality sites. Most start to generate SE traffic within weeks. These are quality, original designs, and optimized for celebrity seo.

Mihai had redesigned some of my celeb sites and doubled my CTR using his designs over my own.

I'd buy them myself, but have already spent too much in last couple weeks, and need to regroup.

The "fair use" law doesn't include these images, and that I am 100% sure of.

Dude, I appreciate your concern, but this is MY sale thread, not YOUR legal discussion thread. Browse around a bit to see hundreds and thousands of fan sites where no legal discussions are involved. Maybe you do personally go and talk to the VIPs and their managers, but we mortals have better things to do.

Who said it wasn't your sales thread? I was simply asking a VALID sales question to help determine if I was going to purchase your sites or not, I wasn't getting off track one bit.

I know there are sites out there using illegal celeb pictures - doesn't mean I want to purchase one - hence why I asked before placing a bid...

Actually, it was quite valuable, as I too would be interested in a site that actually has the legal right to use images. I'm not sure how your understanding of fair use justify stealing images, but it is illegal.

 

I will buy them but a bit nervous about illegal content (the images). Anything you can PM me is good.

Questions on the site:

1) What is it written in (all html? php? perl?)
2) Any database required?
3) Mod rewrites required?
4) Current OS/Web server? (linux/apache?)

What is the price for you to create additional websites? Does it depend on the amount of the winning bid?

 

coderjeff > yes, it is 25% less of the winning price. Let's say the pack sells for $400, the price for an additional website would be $75 ($400/4 sites less 25%), but buyer provides the domains.

I never said text content is original. To clear things a bit: interested buyers are bidding mainly on the custom design and coding. The sites are flexible and adjustable to fit anyone's moral needs. Thank you.

My crusade? I was asking a valid question - why is everyone in a huff about it? Should people go out and buy sites ($400 is also not just a penny and I cannot afford to pay that unless I know what I am getting)

If the answer to my question was yes, I would have bought them right there and then.... How would I know if the images were leased or not? There was nothing said about the images or text in the OP? If there was I wouldn't have had to ask.

Now if I were on a "crusade" as you called it, wouldn't I be in EVERY thread asking the same question? Please do point out any other such thread selling celebrity site(s) that I have asked this same question in? Right now there are at least 2 other celebrity site sales going on as we talk - am I in there? NO because i'm not interested in their sites - else I would be.

But seeing as how this seller is acting (calling people names and such) there's no need for any of that, and now I am done with this, and best of luck.

Yeah, I have heard of fan sites. Have you heard of copyright protection? Obviously not. Just because there are many many sites out there stealing doesn't make it legal.

Theives like you make it harder for legitimate fan sites to function.
