    i want to list my website on botw.org .. they accept payments only through credit cards, and i dont have balance in card right now.. if you pay my listing fee on there website (150$) , i'll pay you 20$ for this small task.

    The $150 is an annually recurring fee and the credit card will be charged each year upon approval of the website. There is no sale or anything, I'm not sure what you are talking about. Adding your website to the directory does not give a huge impact in SEO and your website is subject to approval, the fee must be paid in advance and is not refundable. How are you going to pay someone for this task? Also this is not allowed here.
