    check your sites's PR, alexa rank,backlinks etc and then...
    work on various free channels of SEO such as
    link submission
    article submission
    forum
    blog + blog commenting
    Social bookmaking
    Press Release submission
    RSS Feed Directory submission
    Local Classifieds Add
    Global Classifieds Add
    Free Yellowpages
    Image Optimization
    Video Optimization
    Social Networking sites Add.
    Free Advertisement

    after regular SEO for 1-3 months you should see some positive changes in your sites SEO status.
    And your keywords should rank well on Google/yahoo/bing

    You can also go for paid options of Ads, if you dont prefer free SEO.

    select your target keywords first. then carefully choose the best suitable page for every keyword. develop your page content based on those keywords. put your keywords in title tag and within the content as naturally as much you can.

    Then try to get some backlinks for every individual pages based on the selected keywords. and get going.

    Find forums related to your niche and concentrate in participating in those forums. Submit articles and post blogs and comments all related to your niche. Concentrate on anchor text keyword. Hope this helps in the start.
