$40 Logo Design Contest for Real Estate Website - Paypal Cash

Hi, i've made another developed design based on a golden colour scheme. I hope you will like this as well.

 

Thanks to everyone who has submitted a logo. I'm posting feedback in 2 separate replies, for ease of reading.

mitcharr - Really like your logo. It's clean, professional, and matches nicely with the colors of the website. Would like to see the first letter of each word capitalized (G, R, E, and N). Please also add a space between each word.

mangobyte - Nice entry. The image to the left of the words is creative, and the colors (especially the light blue) are nicely matched. I don't like the text which reads, "The Key to Successful..." It's too repetitive, since this text is featured to the right of the flash image box.

jhaye - Very clean and professional, good job. Please remove the URL from underneath the logo. Please add spaces between the words in the logo.

metalbehemoth - Nice colors. They're soft and blend well with the website. I don't particularly like the house w/ checkmark image. I'd like to see spaces between the words -- so that the logo extends more horizontally across the website. Would also like a larger font size for the words.

natali77 - Nice try. However, the house image looks a bit too angular/jagged.

semvalley - I'd like the text to extend horizontally across the website. The house image is a good try, but it looks a bit too busy/messy.

logoesdesign - Thanks for your two entries. Please capitalize the first letter of each word, and add spaces between each word. I don't like the cursive script -- it's difficult to read, and reminds me of a wedding invitation. Would also like to see a softer green color.

kainraziall - Too orange, and shockingly bright green. It seems like the logo's green color doesn't match w/ the green displayed on the website. I'd like the house positioned to the left of the words, if possible. The idea is to have the logo extend horizontally across the website.

TJ24 - I like the background image of skyscrapers that you've created. However, I would prefer to see the house(s) positioned to the left of the words. The idea is to have the logo extend horizontally across the website.

JonathanP, and samnan kodv - Nice try, but not what I'm looking for. Read the other feedback for suggestions.

gonowqa - The key was creative, but I don't like the yellow/greenish text -- too difficult to read. The colors don't blend nicely w/ the website colors.

wahyubudi00 - The green does not blend well w/ the green on the website. Want a space between each word, so that the logo extends horizontally across the website.

uanl_82 - The "G" inside the house image is creative. Would like a softer green color, and all the text on one line.

himani.wadhwa - I don't like the white lines, or the bright yellow and orange colors.

Thanks to those of you who've posted your logo as part of the website. This helps me to visualize your logo better. For example, "logoesdesign" and "jhaye" posted their entries this way. Thanks to everyone who's submitted a logo so far.

Hi thank you for your feedback, i have replaced the logo graphic to the left of the text, and have submitted to versions of the developed design. The first is with the same sized graphic logo as the original design and the second version is with as smaller graphic logo but the type is still the same size. The top design of each of the versions has the text aligned in the middle of the logo and the second design of each version has the text aligned to the bottom of the graphic logo.

Thanks to everyone who submitted a logo! There were a lot of great designs to choose from, and we have selected a winner.

It was a tough decision, and our final choices were between logos4all (submitted design via PM), and mitcharr's logo. While I really loved logos4all's design, my partner has decided to go with mitcharr's logo. We feel this logo is very professional, clean, simple and attractive, with good lines, and use of color.
