Buying Fix my site - additional issues

    Hello,

    I need the following done on my site: UCPromos.com

    I tried to remove the footer, now I can't get the site to come up. I need someone to 1. get the site working 2. remove the footer (said it was a sponsored template, but linked to porn).

    Then remove page that pops up after someone completes the survey.
