I am looking to hire a good php programmer that can help me with two different projects. We use a classified ad plugin for classified ad sites that you can view at awpcp.com. Right now when we install the plugin I have to go in and make several changes to the settings and add some info to the database such as categories. I want to be able to create a install zip file that is already configured to our specs. We produce mass volumes of these sites so I want to be able to just install the plugin and it already be set up just how we want it. Please download the plugin and make sure you can do this before giving me a price. I also need to hire someone to do some work on a custom script we have that scrapes data from another site. Right now the way the script works is we paste in the url from the page we want the data taken from and we have a drop down box that we select what category on our site that the data will go into. I need to have the ability to select the category and it automatically file in the url that we want to pull the data from. We pull form the same URL each time so my thoughts were we just enter the url in a database so each time you select the category on the form it will fill in the url field from the database table.
