Will Google ban me (again)?

Discussion in 'AdSense' started by daweelmac, Nov 22, 2011.

I have a new site which got my Adsense account banned. The reason (maybe) that it was banned is because I coded the html by myself and pasted adsense code directly in the html files without considering Google's TOS such as proper ad placement, etc.

Now I got my new adsense account, and I'm planning to use Wordpress in that website. If I put my new adsense code in that website that using wordpress, will I get banned by Google? Considering that site was once get banned.

    Thanks.

You won't get banned because that html issue, maybe the placement or website type, what is your website about?

yes you will be banned again. adsense ban is lifetime ban so once banned, its banned for ever. google will know that one account from that site was banned before so do NOT use the same site anymore under the new account. start a new site for new adsense account which will keep you atleast safe for now. then again, google has many other ways to find the correlation between a new account and previously banned account so moment they find out one of your account was banned before, they will ban you again

Listen to them. Avoid putting your new adsense account to that site that was banned before.

Probably yes, but this time it will be because you have an account related to a previously banned account, since they don't allow you to re-open an account without going through their appeal system (and successfullly too, which is another story)

Maybe. If you are confirm that your banned site is due to against Adsense TOS and now it was corrected, then it should be fine. However, if you are banned due to another reason, then you probably will get banned too since you are not correct from the mistake and this mistake will causing you banned again and again

so it is true that once a website is banned form adsense, even if your have corrected that mistake, you will get banned again?

http://famous-designers.net/ <<-- this is the link to the site I am referring to, right now, it has no post and it uses the adsense account from the bluesense template theme that I have downloaded. As you can see, the current adsense account is still serving google ads and not getting banned. Do you think it's alright if I'll use my own adsense account for this site?

Once a site got banned on adsense, there's a possibility for another ban of account - because your site has been 'marked' and they will keep an eye on that

@daweelmac - Use a DIFFERENT monetization method for that particular website.

The ads you are seeing right now on my site is not my adsense account. It's from the template that I have downloaded. So I'm just thinking that since that adsense account is continuing serving ads, it will also be okay to put my own publisher id in it. But as many have said in this thread, that I should not risk putting my new adsense account.

I use adsense on a site that has had a banned account before (not by me), and it is completely cool, the ads have been up for over 6 months, just don't give google a reason to ban you and they wont.

They rely on the vetting process of getting an account to weed out people who are not right for the program, so as long as you have been accepted and don't break the rules, google couldn't care less.
