Refund Solution For Paypal India User

    if i want to give some one to refund the money then how can i give him

    as per new rule of paypal for india we cannot send money via paypal to paypal so if i want to give some one to refund then it will cut from my credit card that mins i need to bare two times currency conversion charge.

    is any solution for this?

    If you refund and the balance is present in your PayPal Account, the refund money directly deducted from your PayPal balance.

    In case of refunds, the money is deducted from the SHITPAL's balance.
    I have done that 5-6 times ( >3k USD of money) . (yes ..in august, sept as well as in early october.)
    Hope that clears doubts of everyone!

    In fact, i I also got some issues cheques canceled, got them re-credited in my acc and then refunded to senders. (Inn case someone wants to know that too)

    AND
    One more thing, do not blame me...if SHITPA'sL Shitty guys want to loot from double currency conversions and change the rule in future.
