If you do not have permission to distribute these downloads, the site is illegal and has a negative value (no disclaimer is going to prevent you from being sued). If these are legal downloads, the sites value depends on how much revenue it is generating. If it isn't generating any revenue, it has limited value. Those automated website appraisals are completely worthless and are of no value.

    Thanks for that guide :)

It does have illegal content (i.e of downloading mp3s but from 4shared ) and not my site ! ( though its also illegal )

Is it possible to sell it on Flippa or not ?

Or else whats the max. i can expect if i sell it out of flippa

considering the traffic and stuff ?

    It's against their TOS.

"As you'd expect, sellers on Flippa must have the legal right to sell the content they're listing."

What do you think someone should pay for a site that could get them sued or removed from google with a simple DMCA filing? In my case, you couldn't pay me to take it.

I suppose you might find someone dumb enough to pay $50 or $100 - but certainly not thousands.
