Buying Need someone who assist with the transfering of a wordpress site

    I need someone to assist with a problem with transfering a wordpress site.
    I purchase a site from someone and he had no experience transfering the site to my hosting
    the site is transfered but i cannot login ie www.lifeinsurancetipss.com/wp-admin
    I heard its a fast job. So anyone who has experience pm me.
