Google Panda is algorithm update by Google to improve the rankings. In some earlier additions of Google Panda update its all about the scapper and low quality sites detection but later on they keep updating it and now it looks that Google is paying attention to more authority and brand websites. Google Panda is all about SEOs, as better content, more unique, robust, quality content and websites where people like to visit again and again.

Google far more concerned with overall site quality
Low quality content is typically; aggregated, paraphrased, generic, duplicated – lacks; expertise, research
spun articles & 1000′s of pages of crap content is affecting overall domain performance in Google

My sites have been affected by Google Panda, The PR of 1 site went from PR 1 to PR 3 and one site went from PR 3 to PR 4.
All the result of having manual link building and simply following the rules of Google Panda.

Google panda is basically a major tweak in search engine algorithm, whose aim is to push the quality site up and lower down the ranking of low quality content.

Not entirely true. There are lots of sites that got affected
even though they didn't have duplicate content. So, it's not
    true across the board.

most of the site's online are affected by Google Panda. i think its not good to continue a site affected by Google Panda if it is badly affected. changing the whole hosting and domain is better.
    thanks

I seen my site loose some traffic but the Adsense is the same. Since less people come to the site the Adsense pay more.

This link http://inboxcashclub.com/dap/a/?a=390 refers to JAZLAI internet marketing driving traffic techniques. Might be thinking if this is a scam think again. It has proven testimonials which actually helped actual people. Visit link and read before you jump into conclusion. You might be the next big earner for such a short period of time.
