    Well google thinks you have high quality traffic.
    good for you, work on increasing traffic and hide page CTR, CPC its against google TOS they could ban you for that.

    ur ctr is a bit low. With a better ad placement/color/font adjustment, I think your adsense revenue could be more constant

    I think you could get inspiration by searching google for:
    "ctr theme" (it's a theme designed for wordpress, it's sold, but you don't have buy it, just watch the demonstration video and other examples to get an idea of the ad placement)

    "adsense heat map"

    But basically it's common sense, imagine adsense are your own ads and you want to put them on a site, where you want.. Then you'll know what are the best location for those ads!
